I am a new user of newsgator 2.5 for outlook and am experiencing the following error when I attempt to add a particular feed: "An error occurred loading this feed. Please check the url and try again. details: Server was unable to process request. -> Object Reference not set to an instance of an object."

This occurs only in Newsgator 2.5 for Outlook; in both newsgator online and via FeedDemon this feed subscribes and updates with no problem. All other feeds seem to be ok in Newsgator 2.5 for outlook.

Any ideas?

It's a problem on the server side.

Thanks Ed - I will keep an eye on the appropriate thread. Just an FYI follow up: even with the error the feeds DO seem to complete their subscription and the DO update...
