| I recently created a smart email address with Newsgator. I want to be able to vie these emails in feeddemon. I made the email public aND TRIED TO SUBSCRIBE TO IT USING FEEDDEMON. but it wont let me because it says im already subscribed to it in Newsgator. is it possible to view your smart emails in FD or can i only view them online?

Once a subscription exists within NewsGator Online, it should be automatically added to FeedDemon the next time FeedDemon launches.
Check your FeedDemon folders. You should see a feed with a name in this format: newsgator_username_{random number} and it will probably be in a synchronized folder.
If you still have problems with this, send an email to support@newsgator.com. Be sure to tell us your NewsGator Online user name and include a reference to this forum thread.
