| I've been a registered user for some time now and for the first time today FeedDemon just stopped working and said my trial period was over and it would accept the registration code I had purchased in around May of 2005. The error code said something about not being to reach some registration side for confirmation. Now if I reinstall, the same registration code is already there so I cannot reinstall and reregister.

The only time I've seen FeedDemon "unregister" itself is if the DLLs related to the registration system, eSellerate, are removed by another program that uses them. Reinstallation always clears this up.
Can you provide a little more detail about what happened after you reinstalled? Why do you think the registration info already being there when you try to reregister is causing a problem?

Hi-
I think I got this narrowed down a bit. The problem basically started when I uninstalled a completely separate program which may have caused esellerate problems perhaps. What happened at that point is that a warning came up saying that the registration site could not be contacted and that my trial period had ended. If I went to look at the registration information it had the correct number/letter fields in it, but the OK button was greyed out. So I then removed the program completely using add/remove and re-installed. The program installed okay but when I went to register it, the old number was there and I could not activate the copy of FeedDemon I had. I am going to try again installing it from a downloaded copy this evening but after repeated tries earlier I could not get the program to start even after reinstalling it and I also could not enter my registration key into the program even upon removing it.
I went back and had Registry Mechanic sweep things and clean under the "keys" so to speak... I'll try downloading and installing again.

Can you post a screen grab of the registration screen?
