in this feed list you will see icons for the feeds...all of them represent the icon given to the feed by the feed code EXCEPt the highligted on in this jpg...and i would like to have it changed to the feed icon....

any suggestions as to why it is different and how to change it?

The feed icons shown are the favicons of the root website. If no icon is defined, or the favicon is not at the root of the domain (ie www.somedomain.com/favicon.ico), there won't be an icon displayed.
