I'm a registered user of 3.12 and the style sweeper in TopStyle is doing something odd with the following rule in my stylesheet:

table.controller {
background-color: #ffffe3;
background-image: url(graphics/grid1.gif)
}

In the configuration of the style sweeper for "TopStyle Default", which is my default, I have the "Remove Optional Semi-colons" option checked in the "Other" section. With that option enabled, when I run the style sweeper, TopStyle removes the background-image declaration altogether from the above rule. It's not combined somewhere else, it's just stripped out. If I have a semicolon after that background-image declaration the first time I run the style sweeper, the semicolon is removed as I would expect it to be. On the second run with the Style Sweeper the entire background-image declaration is removed leaving this:

table.controller {
background-color: #ffffe3
}

It doesn't seem to matter how I set them, but here are the other style sweeper options I'm using:

For Rule Format, I'm using multiple lines, and I'm not combining rules.

Lowercase selectors are sorted in logical order.

Properties are lowercase and sorted alphabetically.

No shorthand options are checked.

Anyone have any thoughts?

TIA

John

I think the only way to work around this for now is to leave in the optional semi-colons and disable the option to remove them.

I've filed a bug report for this. (51045)

Thanks Jack, that's what I've done and all I could ask for at this point.
