Why does this application need access to email addresses that are stored in outlook?

It doesn't actually access your contacts; that's a bug that we haven't been able to completely track down yet.

Try rebooting - sounds stupid, but that solves the problem in 90% of the cases.

The only other situation we've seen this problem in is when you're using Exchange server, and you're subject to Exchange admin policy for add-ins.  We're working on it...
