Nick, is there a difference in the behavior of the 'markpostread=1' parameter when used with other fdactions and toggleread fdaction? Is this difference why hitting the "mark {folder|feed} as read" icon in the banner will force a page refresh and remove the item while markpostread=1 won't? If so, is this all by design?

The 'markpostread' parameter is used for [More] links but theoretically could be used for other actions, too.

This parameter enables marking a post as read before an action is performed. In the case of [More] links, this means that the post is marked as read before it's shown in the newspaper.
