I read somewhere that Clippings should sync with FD's news bins (I'm using the latest FD beta if that makes a difference). NG Go is syncing clippings to NG Online, but they're not showing up in FD. FWIW I'm using the same location in FD and NG Go. Am I doing something wrong?

This feature has not been implemented in the beta reader yet. We are currently working on it and hope to have it implemented with the release to market of version 2.5.

| There are a couple of points here - Firstly, you shouldn't be using the same location for Go! and FeedDemon. You'll find things work better if you use a unique location for each. The main problem here is that Clipping from Go! only sync to the root My Clippings folder (this is changing in the next release ) however, that is the only folder that FeedDemon can't sync - FeedDemon can only sync subfolders. FeedDemon is doing the more correct job, but once the new version of Go! is release they will play much nicer together.

Thanks for the update. I'll look forward to that. I use the same location for each for several reasons. Most notable is that neither Go! nor FeedDemon really supports locations properly. It's impossible, for example, to remove a feed from a location within either application - all you can do is just unsubscribe from it globally. Frankly, its much less use having locations if you have to keep going online to edit them anyway.
Even when we go online it's far from easy to keep two locations synchronised if you really do want the same feeds in both (as I do). There's no way of displaying two locations side by side, for example. Most of us have sufficiently few locations that Newsgator Online could display them in a table - one column for each location, with the feeds making up the rows. Much simpler than the present system.
We ought also to have the opportunity to hide locations we do not use, too - the Media Centre edition, for example. I'd personally also hide the email location - I used to use it, but do so no longer now I've moved to FeedDemon. I'll cross-post these suggestions in the NG Online Beta group.
I'm hoping these changes make it into the next release, too!

This one has bugged me for awhile, too. Especially with multiple FD (or other client) installs. Just because I don't want to read a feed in this install of FD doesn't mean I don't want it in others.

Thanks for you feedback - Just a quick addition, the next version of Go! will have the ability to remove from location, as well as a true delete. So we are moving in the right direction

(for Windows PocketPC devices - non phone) will be available? Even a Beta? The fact that Go! can't sync to FeedDemon's news bins is killing me! NG Online is just too slow to use where I am. FeedDemon is quite zippy, but I can't access all the stuff I've marked offline in Go! Thanks!
