Over the last few weeks NG sync between my laptop and main machine has stopped working. Nothing syncs not read, flagged, new smart lists, folders, anything. What has happened? - this was fine for a while. Ebven restiing sync and downloading from the server fails to sort.
Any ideas how to reset from Zero and restart

What version of the Beta are you using, and what results to you get from the Window > Connection Tester?

Sorry Jonathan - should have said latest beta 3b.18
Both machines show passed AOK on connection tester. The slave laptop was totally out of sync with everything. I set the slave to resync and download list from server, but some discrepancies remain.
Am I correct in assuming these things shoud be synced
Master RFA G5 machine has 2027 items to read / 145 feeds / 418 flagged news items
Slave RFA Powerbook laptop has 1948 to read / 140 feeds / 287 flagged news items
Master has smartlist for 'iPhone' which will not appear on slave
Macfixit site added to Master - will not appear on slave
I changed the name of a feed on the slave and this will not reflect in the master
There must be more mis-syncs I habve not spotted
Let me know what more info I can give you
Both OSX PPC 10.4.10 totally up to date machines
