Hi been a feeddemon user since before Newsgator. I have 250+ feeds I read. Just started using Outlook 2007 at work. I have been looking around the site to see what the advantages are of using inbox over feeddemon. Besides having feeds in Outlook. duh.
I did some searching forums but did not see anything. Can someone help me out. Recommend or not? Thanks.

It's all about preferences!
If you've been using FeedDemon for that long and can use it a work as well, then go for it! Use NewsGator to synchronize your subscriptions and never have to read the same thing twice.
But if you can't install FeedDemon at work, Inbox will still synchronize all of your subscriptions, read states, flagged items, clippings, ect., through NewsGator synchronization.
FeedDemon has features that Inbox cannot because of Outlook - but I'm working hard to close that gap ;-)
Personally, I work and develop on Windows machines so of course I use Inbox. But I also have a MacBookPro that I develop on. When I'm I can't use Inbox via VMWare Fusion to run my development environment, I use NetNewsWire or my iPhone to keep up with my subscriptions.
I read something in one, it synchronizes with all my other clients... but I suppose I'm biased.
Like I said, it's all about preferences :-)

| Thanks Nick. I will give inbox a try when I have some time. I will let you all know what I think. I am able to use Feeddemon at work so that is not a concern. I have been a user for a long time. I actually paid for it back in version 1.0 I think! Love Feeddemon.
