Have you noticed a feed that is not updating as you would expect? If so, we would like to hear about it, but first please read this article by our CTO, Greg Reinacker. In it he outlines how we determine the update retrieval rate for a given feed, and how we handle feed errors.

Before reporting a problem feed:
Please log in to your NewsGator Online account to see the status of these feeds. We have a new tool that will allow you to see basic error messages, and enable you to refresh a feed that has not been updated in a while.
Just click on Settings | My Feeds. The Status column will contain the error message, if any, and the far right column lists the date/time of the last update, and has a ping feature.
