| I just installed 2.6.1.3 RC1 and.....the problem is still happening with the CraigsList feeds. I can use the Clean-up Wizard (which seems accurate in how many are being cleaned up), it downloads old feeds, I can clean up, and it re-downloads those same old freeds. MD

| That's odd...I'm still subscribed to that Craigslist feed, and I'm not seeing older items anymore. As a last resort, you could go to the feed's properties, then switch to the "Advanced" tab and enable the option to ignore new items older than X days. This was added to counteract feeds that keep regurgating old content because they change the links, guids, etc., of olders posts (the Craigslist feed doesn't appear to be one of those types of feeds, but this option should work nonetheless).

| I'll do that if I need to, but it could be a problem since it will pick up some as "new" as two days ago again, and if I'm offline for the weekend (it happens!) or a short trip, I could miss feeds. I don't know which one(s) you're tracking, but these are two big offenders. They pulled in 44 and 29 old feeds after the Clean-Up Wizard: http://www.craigslist.org/crg/index.rss http://www.craigslist.org/wrg/index.rss

| One thing that's unusual about the Craigslist feeds is that they contain more items that most RSS feeds I've seen (most RSS feeds have less than 20 items, but these have 100). This could cause items to come back after they've been purged from FeedDemon If this is the problem, try increasing the archiving value on the "Updating" tab in the properties for these feeds. A value of 300 or more should be fine.

| Bad news. That's not helping. I increased the feeds to save as high as 2,500 (the maximum), run Clean-up Wizard, then update feeds and they still come back from last week. I did it on one that is grabbing a lot of old feeds and ones that only grabbed a few. It didn't help. The weird thing is, until this Beta it was never a problem. MD
