I am running Windows XP SP2 with Office 2003.  It connects to my Microsoft Exchange 2003 Server.  I am trying to get NewsGator inbox running.  When I install the 3.0 version, it simply won't start.  You open Outlook, but it never appears.  When I un-install, and reinstall 2.6.9, it will then lauch when outlook opens.  of course, I can't run 2.6.9 cause it says I need a license.

So is there anyone else having this problem where the reader won't work?  I read another thread where it said something about Gator is having a problem getting to hook the toolbar, but I can't make heads/tails of this.  Please help!

Chris

Make sure Outlook.exe is not running (use TaskManager to kill any processes) then restart Outlook.

2.6.9 no longer requires a license key to install, but you do need an active NewsGator Online account.
