| I've installed your enterprise server. Very easy install. But I cannot add users via LDAP. When I click LDAP Add, there is nothing in the LDAP Profile select list. A search of your knowledge base returns no results for either 'ldap' or 'ldap profile.' Please advise. I want to add users in an Active Directory group.

| It sounds like you’re trying to use Active Directory, which is the easiest way to get started with NGES. This will also provide you with the best Single-Sign-On experience. It sounds like you may not be installing the NGES server with a domain account that has admin access to the server. You will need to uninstall the NGES server, and reinstall using the domain account.
