I have the exact same problem with a few feeds.
I've noticed that in my case, the feeds that are not updating are from two sources:
- Aljazeera
- Radio-Canada
Here are the URLs to some of the feeds that are not updating anymore:

Interesting thing is all the feeds that have stopped updating all stopped at between 14-16 of April 2008.
Hopefully this gets fixed soon...

Please log in to your NewsGator Online account to see the status of these feeds. We have a new tool that will allow you to see basic error messages, and enable you to refresh a feed that has not been updated in a while.
Just click on Settings | My Feeds. The Status column will contain the error message, if any, and the far right column lists the date/time of the last update and has a ping feature.

Keith, I'm seeing similar behavior with a few of my feeds. The error listed is "Feed was not found". One in question is http://rss.footballguys.com/bloggerrss.xml. I can open the feed in my browser and it opens fine (and in fact, I can add it and preview it in FeedDemon and it works fine), but when I sync with Newsgator I'm having problems. I hit the refresh button and it pulled in some of the new items, but it still gives me that error on the page. I'll keep an eye on this particular feed to see if it pulls in the new items tomorrow.
Any idea on why this may be happening and how I can prevent it in the future?

I should also note that the FeedDemon report lists no feeds with HTTP errors, where Newsgator Online obviously does.
That interface is also a little quirky - when you click on the refresh button it doesn't seem to give any indication that something is being done
