Sorry for the harsh words. I know Newsgator is trying to "better" their program but the survey that pops up and crashes my program is VERY FRUSTRATING. I am a die-hard NNW user and with no access other than a very clunky online interface (Newsgator online simply doesn't cut it for me either), I am left to asking the question here.
How do I permanently disable that stupid survey? I don't want it popping up ever again. Someone here please help me.
Want to see the "report" the crash generates?

Thanks for posting the log. The survey isn't causing the crash -- it's caused by what looks like some bad data for one of your feeds.
Unfortunately, I can't tell which one it is by looking at the log.
You could email me, privately, to brents at newsgator dot com, your Subscriptions.plist file and Feeds.noindex folder. (Both in [home folder]/Library/Application Support/NetNewsWire/.) Then I'd be able to debug the problem and figure out what the cause is.
