2 features that I'm sure have been asked about and seen support from time to time:
1. Like Google Reader, having an option to mark feeds as read as you scroll past them would be nice.
2. Initially I was going to suggest allowing for nested folders, but as that would apparently involve rewriting a lot of the program in its entirety, might as well add a feature for a "tag" system of folder hierarchy instead (like Delicious, etc.).
