I use Outlook 2003 running on Windows XP Professional. I installed the Newsgator Inbox add-in a few of days ago. Since the installation Outlook 2003 has crashed several times. I leave my computer on over night, twice Outlook has crashed sometime in the night while I wasn't even doing anything on the machine. Not certain if the same thing caused every crash, but on two overnight occasions I get the following debugging error message:

JIT Debugging failed with the following error: Server execution failed. Please check the documentation topic 'Just-in-time debugging error's for more information.

Please advise

Please make sure you're running the latest bug fix RC as well:

I just downloaded and installed the program 2 days ago. That version didn't have the bugs fixed?

The version that's officially released is what's available on the download page. Since the release we've fixed a handful of bugs, but nothing that would be considered a "show stopper" that would cause us to officially release a newer version. We did however make those bug fixes available in the version I referenced above for those who were experiencing them.

As for the issue you've reported, I've never seen that issue nor has it been reported by any other users. So as a first step it would be best to get you running the latest code. If the issue still is present, then we can start looking into it further.

Sorry for not being more clear in my first post.

The next step is for me to take a look at the log files from Inbox and see what's going on.

Go to Start > Programs > NewsGator > Inbox > Submit NewsGator Inbox Diagnostics Report - and send the email that gets created with all of the files attached.

I have exactly the same problem, I found this post via google.

Outlook 2003 crashes every night, same time as above.

Exchange server setup.

Other Add-Ins include:

- Office Communicator 2007
- iTunes

I also have Windows Search 4.0 installed.

You can email me about this at jfaughnan@spamcop.net if you'd like. I can send you the diagnostics file if you want it.
