I subscribe to a few feeds hosted at webcomicsnation.com. Last month, NewsGator stopped updating those feeds (possibly because of DNS problems). The ping feature in NewsGator Online does not appear to have any effect.
An example feed URI:
{http://www.webcomicsnation.com/rss.php?type=creator&creator=14}
However, the feed list gives the URI as:
{http://expired.revenuedirect.com/park.php?domain_name=WEBCOMICSNATION.COM&site_id=38206}
I've tried unsubscribing to the feeds and resubscribing, using the correct URIs, but the feeds still do not update and the incorrect revenuedirect.com URI still shows up in the feed list.Edit: fixed it so URIs are displayed correctly in post

| Sounds like the domain expired and got parked at some point via a permanent redirect and for whatever reason NewsGator's servers haven't picked up that the domain's been rescued and is valid -feeds from this domain will probably need a manual nudge from NewsGator's end. (also I fixed your post - the angle bracketed URIs were being hidden by the forum software, so I changed them to curly brackets) Edit: According to this thread at the Talk About Comics board, that looks like what happened. The thread dates it to 7/26 or 7/27, but I don't see a restoration date.

I just tried unsubscribing and re-subscribing to a feed on this domain, and the problem is still happening. As far as I can tell, there has been no activity on this issue.
I have to say, I am not impressed by the level of customer support I am seeing here.

The source feed had given us a permanent redirect to an expired location. It has been reset and the feed should be up to date
