I've got an iphone, running NNW, I have the desktop client for NNW and i'm syncing and using the newsgator online service.
They are nowhere near in sync. I'm sat here now, with all 3 version open.
Newsgator online shows 399 unread feeds
NNW shows 690
iPhone shows 652
I've just forced all of them to sync / refresh.
I've tried starting from scratch, and replacing newsgator online with what's on my desktop NNW, but it doesn't make any difference.
Take one feed (I haven't read any items since syncing on any device)
WWdN
Desktop - 27 unread
iPhone - 22 unread
NG Online - 10 unread
Not sure what else to try, but it makes the service unusable at present...

You might want to look at the topic right below this one.
Everyone is having problems with syncing w/ Newsgator right now.
Hopefully it'll be resolved by weekend's end.
