FeedDemon v2.7
I've configured FeedDemon with browser on right side.
That far right pane font size has been increased by using FeedDemon: Tools\Options\Appearance then increase font size. (Ctr + mouse wheel also works)
The middle pane (news items) font size was increased by editing the registry with information found from a post on this forum.
FYI: The link to the post appears to be dead, but here's the info if anyone is interested:
1) Click on Start->Run, type Regedit and click OK
2) In the tree pane on the left, Open HKey_Current_User, then Software, then Bradbury, then FeedDemon, then 1.0. Click on 1.0 to highlight.
3) Right-click on 1.0 and click New->Key. Name the key Fonts (use the capital F)
4) Highlight the new Fonts key you just created. Right-click anywhere on the right-hand side and left-click New->DWORD Value. Name it FSizeNewsItems (again, mind the capital letters).
5) Double-Click FSizeNewsItems. Put the dot next to Decimal, type 14 (or whatever size you want) then click OK. (OK, if you want to be really geeky, leave it set to Hexidecimal and enter b )
6) Restart FeedDemon.
However, I've found NO information how to increase the font size of the subscriptions listed in the left pane.
Question: Does anyone know how to increase the font size of the subscriptions listed in the left pane? Any help is welcomed.

I believe the left pane picks up the font from the system font size

Didn't have any effect.
Any other ideas?
FYI: fonts scale in windows explorer when system size changes, but not in FeedDemon.
