Hi,
i recently installed this program looking for an Offline RSS reader with images. So the prefetch option is perfect for me but the problem is not working very well.

The first time i tried only showed offline the first image, now shows 3 images. There's any way to show all the images in the posts?

I use FeedDemon 2.7.0.0 on Windows XP Pro SP2.
My options on Tools -> Options - > Prefetch
Max items to prefecth: 2500
Skip anything larger than: 999KB
Auto-prefetch after every update: enabled

On Feed i selected All subscriptions and in there options
Prefetch images: enabled
Prefetch links to external pages: disabled

I hope anyone can help me to solve this.

Hi, it's me again.

Now download more images but there's some exceptions, like in lifehacker at bottom of the post don't show some images which says "Take our new survey" or "Email this".

But now usually show's more images but i made some change so i gonna investigate about it.

On the prefetching options ( Right click on Subscriptions -> Folder Properties -> Advanced -> Prefetch options )

I enabled the option for Prefetch links to external pages and changed the default setting from 3 (like the 3 images i've prefetched) and raised to 10. And disabled the setting cause i'm not interested on download the linked pages.

I'll make some test and talk about it.

i did my test and the behaviour is a little erratic. I some cases, yes, it download just 2 images and in other cases don't download anything or only one.

Maybe it's an issue about timing for timeout. But i hope my workaround solve the problem for someone and i guess it will be corrected in future revisions.
