I have enabled the options to make my OPML & APML public, but the APML needs a logon regardless of the make public setting. Am I missing something or is it broken?

Requiring your login credentials is functioning as designed.
Checking the box to publicly to share your attention data is accurate, but also make sure you're using the URL provided so other can display your rankings.
