My NetNewsWire (3.1.7) isn't synching feeds with NewsGator Online. One forum article said to test connections, and there was a failure. Can this be related? I tried deleting preferences, and the initial login fails, even though I have no problems with NGO.

p.s. Read/unread seems to sync fine. I just don't get new feeds.

| Have you installed any software lately -- like NetShare or Little Snitch -- or made any changes to your local network (adding a proxy, for instance)?

| I've been running Little Snitch for a long time, but only noticed problems with NetNewsWire lately. I haven't made any recent network changes, and there is no proxy server. --ktl

Try disabling little snitch and run the connection tester again... If the results are different, then at least we have somewhere to start

Didn't help. I've actually got two failures now. (And I get the same login error.)

OK That's actually better! Both the logins are failling with a 401 - Try re-entering your username/password.
If that doesn't work, log in to NewsGator Online, change your password there, then change it in NNW.
