| Getting an error message when I synchronize. A dialog box pops up: Exception in RetrieveNews:
Incorrect syntax near ')'.
at NewsGatorInbox.NewsProcessor.ExamineConnectionError(Exception ex)
at NewsGatorInbox.NewsProcessor.RetrieveNews() The message appears, and the sync process stops. Help! Thanks, Tim

Try this:
1. Go to NewsGator Inbox > Options > Synchronization
2. Click the "Change Location" button
3. Once the dialog box loads all your locations, just hit OK - this will insure that the location Inbox is using actually exists
Then try synchronizing again.

| Thanks, Nick. I tried this and the same error message still appears. I've tried reinstalling Newsgator Inbox and using the Reset Synchronization button. Any other suggestions? Thanks, Tim

What happens when you run the connection test? NewsGator Inbox > Options, Connection tab, Run Connection Test.
