I have been using an application called NewsFire. It seems as if I am able to have more posts listed in it than with NewsGator. For example:
NYT > Home Page Feed (http://www.nytimes.com/services/xml/rss/nyt/HomePage.xml) NewsGator = 3 feeds NewsFire = 6 feeds
What would be the reason for this? Thanks.

| Right now, I see 4 news items on that feed. It could just be the time that the 2 applications polled the feed, maybe the NYT posted a story in the interim, or removed some stories before NG polled the feed. For dynamically generated feeds like NYT, the number of stories in the feed can change as they switch out what stories they want to display.
