| When I try to add a folder I keep getting this error * Cannot move across root folders. no matter what the folder name or where I'm trying to add it.

That error is referenced when you create a folder and then try to move it from My Feeds folder to My Clippings which is not allowed. You can specify from the drop down weather you want it under My Clippings or My Feeds upon creation. Does this help?
