Second, I'm not sure if Comcast allows access to their NNTP server from outside of their network...if they don't you're out of luck again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description><pubDate>Thu, 04 Dec 2003 10:14:00 GMT</pubDate><dc:creator>Greg Reinacker</dc:creator></item><item><title>NNTP and Proxy Server</title><link>http://forum.newsgator.com/Topic1229-1-1.aspx</link><description>When I am connected to my corporate network the RSS feeds work fine (I setup the proxy settings), but NNTP does not.  If I disconnect from the corporate network then NNTP seems to work.  I suppose this could be an issue with the corporate proxy server, but I am wondering if NewsGator uses the proxy setting when trying to reach the news server (its comcasts new server).&lt;img src='images/emotions/smile.gif' height='20' width='20' border='0' title='Smile' align='absmiddle'&gt;</description><pubDate>Wed, 03 Dec 2003 14:42:00 GMT</pubDate><dc:creator>Martin Schray</dc:creator></item></channel></rss>
