Featured prominently in orange on the forums page is a link saying "Newsgator Online: Sign In", but click on that took me back to the Newsgator online page, to which I was already signed in. Much less obvious was the link to login to the forums, and it was also non-obvious that signing in to NewsGator Online was not the same as signing in to the forums. Also, if I am already signed in to NewsGator Online, it is confusing to have another link at the top of the page telling me to sign in again, when clicking on it does nothing but take me back to the NewsGator Online page I was already signed in to.

It seems to me that if somebody is logged in and needs help, and the NewsGator support page suggests they visit the forums, then that login should be automatically synced with the forums. Really there should not be separate logins at all. They should be the same.
