That URL isn't actually a feed. For some unknown reason it's returning a framed HTML page with the real feed inside the main frame. Try subscribing to this URL instead:

http://feeds.feedburner.com/rockstargamesnews

FeedDemon Cant locate Feed

I've added about 25 feeds without any problem, however there's 1 feed that it can't locate.

Anyone else having problems with this feed?
