Database error when trying to delete feed folder

I get the message shown below when trying to delete an unwanted feed folder. I've renamed the folder to 'delete me'. It seems the folder contains itself. Could someone resolve this with some manual SQL? My NewsGator online username is the same as in this forum (audistard). Thanks.
