It could just be the time that the 2 applications polled the feed, maybe the NYT posted a story in the interim, or removed some stories before NG polled the feed. It seems as if I am able to have more posts listed in it than with NewsGator. For example:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;NYT &gt; Home Page Feed (http://www.nytimes.com/services/xml/rss/nyt/HomePage.xml)&lt;br&gt;  NewsGator = 3 feeds&lt;br&gt;  NewsFire = 6 feeds&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;What would be the reason for this?
