For example, in NewsGator Email Edition, a feed with original pubDate:<br><br> Wed, 24 Jun 2009 12:55:31 +0200<br><br>is treated as<br><br> Wed, 24 Jun 2009 12:55:31 -0600<br><br>Which means:<br><br> 12:55:31 -0600 = 20:55:31 +0200<br><br>Which is 8 hours into the future.
