What should happen though, is that the popup should go into a new tab - thatway the lack of scrollbars is limited to the popup tab. If you click on a javascript link that would open in a new window, it opens in the current window in NNW. Then if you click the back button, you have no scroll bar.

Example Link. http://insidemacgames.com/previews/view.php?ID=250

Click on the thumbnail. Then click the back button to lose your scroll bar.
