If you are sure you have the correct installation (Pocket PC), there is also a possibility the reinstall did not replace the configuration file.

If this is the case, to get things good again do the following:

Uninstall Go!
Remove the application folder - just to be safe and if it is not deleted on uninstall (the default location is \Program Files\NewsGator Go!
Reinstall (make sure you grab the Pocket PC version)

Is there any chance you installed the Smartphone version instead of PPC?? Try re-downloading the PPC version and see if it behaves differently.

Hi,

I have re-installed Newsgator Go 1.1 on PPC6700.

It asks for for user name/password, I input both and it tells me I need network connection.

I am connecting via WiFi and the browser works.
