I got that same issue (windows mobile 5.0) and found an update here:

After installing it on my PC and syncing it on my mobile it worked great...

windows mobile v 5.0 - OS 5.1.195 (build 14960.2.4.0) -This is the version of OS on my Moto Q.

The error message below is what I get after I have successfully installed the newest version of windows smartphone for mobile for NG.

Can you help?

ERROR: This application (Go.exe) requires a newer version of Microsoft .net Compact Framwork than the version installed on this device
