We apologize for the connection issues during the past week. We had a routing issue that affected one of the servers in the cluster. We had a tough time identifying the problem, and the affected server.

Our Operations team had been working through the weekend, and we now believe this problem to be resolved. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.

By the way ... We will be testing with various server configurations for the remainder of the day and through the weekend if necessary, until we have ironed out this problem.

Yes, we are aware of this new problem. We are trying to nail down the cause, and we believe that we are beginning to narrow it down. We appreciate your patience.

Now that the 503 error has been solved, I'm getting a new one:

"Java.net.SocketException. Connection Reset"

This is on a BBerry 8703e over Verizon using 2.2.5.
