yeh, you will only see unread articles on your iPhone - need to do that given the limited resources on the device. enjoy!

Thanks. Got it to work more or less. Have most of the feeds, but any feeds that aren't updated with new content don't appear. That's been an ongoing problem I've had with all my Newsgator readers except Feed Demon. I'll get it to work. Thanks. At least I've got a fighting chance now!! :)

If you go to NewsGator Online, log in, and go to Settings | Edit Locations you will see a NewsGator Mobile Edition Location. If that location does not exist, create it. If it does exist, verify that your feeds are in that location.

If the location exists and it is populated with feeds, it is likely the one of the feeds is causing a problem. I will look into this on Monday if it is indeed the case. Also, if this is the case, you can prune your feed list to get up and running, but it may be difficult to pinpoint the culprit. You may need to start with a minimal feed set and start adding in feeds. Not a long term soltuion, but it will get you up and running until a fix is in place.

No Feeds Show up

I hope this is the right place for this. I am a long time Newsgator user. Have used desktop, blackberry etc. I now use an iPhone and when I go to the m.newsgator.com site, it finds my iphone. I log in and I get to a screen that says MyFeeds and is entirely blank and I have no area to go to to bring the feeds to it. I'm leaving for Singapore tomorrow and would DEARLY love to have my feeds available to me since I am speaking on topics there that will be helpful to have the recent information that the feeds provide when I do. Can you help me quickly? Please?
