Today I'm getting this error report after scanning DB:

*** in database main ***
On tree page 25225 cell 2: 2nd reference to page 25226
Page 2503 is never used
rowid 61207 missing from index idx_posts_dt_generic
rowid 61223 missing from index idx_posts_dt_generic

Can somebody assist me pls

I have a problem mailing it. However I keep trying.

Meanwhile I did the following which worked well.

I named the feeds.fdb "defect" and restartet feeddemon without db.

Surprise ! A new was created and filled up with all nessecay data.

Missing only the older clippings.

The Synch with www.newsgator did the rest of updating.

Question? Can I fetch the old clippings ? All was kept available on www.newsgator.

The DB seem absolutly ok after testing with "manage cache"

I see two error logs you sent (one today, and one from June 22), but I don't see one that has feeds.fdb attached. Did you send it?

the DB repair button I used already a couple of times.

I will send the feeds.fdb via diagnostics@newsgator.com

FeedDemon should already try to repair the database, and I'm not sure why this isn't happening.

As a first step, select File > Manage Cache > Scan for Errors. There's a good chance that will correct the problem. If not, let me know and we'll take it from there.

I'm getting this message followed by error reporting 10 times a day.

What is the appropriate repair strategy for this.

1. converting the feeds.fdb.bak in feeds.fdb ?

2. reinstalling with a backuped V1 cache folder ?

3. Going back to version 2.8

Let me pls know and I would appreciate that each error messag would be followed
by such a repair proposal.
