REST API Broken?

I haven't changed my code for a while. Sometime within the past two days, I noticed that post read state didn't seem to propagating across locations. That may have been a quirk, however.

More importantly, I am now getting 403 errors when I try to mark posts as read or post new clip items. Maybe other functions, too -- not sure.

Using REST API. Let me know if I can help track this down.
