In addition, the values of the unnecessary &amp;lt;source/&amp;gt; element are not correct. The &amp;lt;source/&amp;gt; element, when used, should reference the FEED title and link to the FEED url, not the POST title and POST url.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;See: http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/rss/rss.html#ltsourcegtSubelementOfLtitemgt&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I don't think NewsGator should EVER add the &amp;lt;source/&amp;gt; element EXCEPT when a post has been clipped, in which case only the clippings RSS should contain the NewsGator-added &amp;lt;source/&amp;gt; element.
