In it he outlines how we determine the update retrieval rate for a given feed, and how we handle feed errors.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;[b]Before reporting a problem feed:[/b]&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Please log in to your NewsGator Online account to see the status of these feeds. We have a new tool that will allow you to see basic error messages, and enable you to refresh a feed that has not been updated in a while.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Just click on Settings | My Feeds.
