In it he outlines how we determine the update retrieval rate for a given feed, and how we handle feed errors.<br><br><br>[b]Before reporting a problem feed:[/b]<br><br>Please log in to your NewsGator Online account to see the status of these feeds. We have a new tool that will allow you to see basic error messages, and enable you to refresh a feed that has not been updated in a while.<br><br>Just click on Settings | My Feeds.
