Hi, I recently noticed that some of my feeds do not get any new items. One of them is http://community.sharpdevelop.net/forums/rss.aspx?ForumID=23&Mode=0. The last item I got from that feed is from 12/6/2005 4:31:37 PM but if I look at the feed directly there have been numerous new items since then. I ran the feed through a feed validator and it came up as valid. Is it some newsgator server issue or do I need to do something to fix it? /Johan

| Yep gonna have to say that too over the past few days noticed that a lot of my feeds aren't updating, eg. #16039, #63079, #346090 to name but a few. This recurring problem is becoming quite annoying.

Nice to know I'm not the only one seeing this. Has anyone at newsgator been able to reproduce or verify this?

| I have the same problem on some feeds... and the clipping saving bug seems to remain unfixed on the French version...

| Aah finally feeds are starting to update. They're days old, some weeks but at least some of them have updated.

Yup, for me it were like half of my feeds that wouldn't find updates. Now they all trickle in.

I have noticed this too. I have not received any updates to my scriptingnews.com feeds since early this morning. I (thought I) had posted a similar issue regarding Jeremy Zawodny's blog, but I can't find it just now.
This seems to be a fairly common issue. Has anyone from NewsGator addressed this?
Is a variable-length delay like this acceptable? Or should I be looking for a better feed reader?

There is definitely something wrong with feeds not updating. Not only is my site not updating in Newsgator, but I've checked several others and it is the same problem. I usually wake up to 50-60 items/feeds to read....woke up today to less than 10!

| I wonder why Newsgator reps haven't responded to this thread yet, although most of them are updating, there are a few that are seriously lagging.
