| I added the pmachine plugin and got it configured with a little help and the posting is working just fine. However, the posts do not conform to my style settings. The body of the posts have a much larger font size than the manual posts. I set the options to remove the font face and size tags when posting, but no change. It also adds in extra spacing that is not wanted. Is there a template somewhere that controls these things?

If you have the remove font face/size setting on, and you have the "clean HTML" setting on, the HTML should be relatively clean. Try switching between Outlook's built-in editor and the MS Word editor, and see if it gets better. If you're seeing the problem with the Word editor, also read this KB article and see if it helps...
