Ok, I expect to waste a lot of time when I install new software and here we go again. I like the look of your program. BUT-- nothing shows in the output window and while there may be a simple setting I've not applied, I can't find it. So I've wasted an hour of my time and half of my 20 trial starts for, so far, nothing. And of course no place to just send a simple email and ask a question, I have to register for the forum, etc etc. Well, never mind.
Tell me how to view my pages and I'll probably still buy the software. I've tried every setting in the html options, the mappings, etc with no luck. No output--nothing local, nothing remote, no html,no php, no nothin'.
Just explain it to me in one syllable words, that's what I need. That and a comprehensive troubleshooting section.
And the "Search this Forum" link isn't working, I did give it a try in both IE and Firefox without effect.

There aren't any settings required to get output to display. By default, TopStyle uses an embedded version of IE to do the preview rendering. The only thing I can think of is a potential issue in the configuration of your system.
Can you provide some detail about your system. Windows version, IE version, etc.?
We just released a new version of the demo which includes a 20-day trial, vs. 20 uses. You can grab it here: http://www.bradsoft.com/download/
There is a known-issue with the search field in Firefox, but it's working fine in IE. I just double-checked it to make sure.
As for contact info, there is a "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the About page on the bradsoft.com site, but that should be more prominent. I will forward this issue to the website team.
For future reference, you can reach support via email at support@newsgator.com.

| Thanks and I'll give it a try. I'm out of town for a couple of weeks but will pick it up when I get back. As for internal configuration, I don't know what it could be as I've been developing and viewing all kinds of things and haven't run into any problems. Not that there couldn't be any.
