| I reported this issue while the product was still in beta. I cannot find a way to enter my version 1.5 S/N directly without having to go through the wizard, which insists on connecting to NewsGator, a blocked site in my corporate environment. Enven if it did connect, I have no plans to use NewsGator itself. There should be a way to bypass the wizard and go directly to S/N entry. Am I asking to much?

Unfortunately the status on this hasn't changed. You must have an NG account for activation of FeedDemon 2, even if you don't want to/can't use the synchronization.
Your only recourse, right now, is to continue to use 1.5.
