Are subfolders still possible in FD 2, and if so, how do I put them in? One of the older versions had a feed manager that let me move feeds around... is that still there? I can't find it.
Also, is it possible to run a watch on only a few feeds (or one folder or subfolder) instead of all of them? (I don't want to "exclude this feed from all watches" on nearly all my feeds.)

Rather than bump, why not search? That's what it's there for - both your questions have been asked and answered before.

FeedDemon 2 does not support subfolders. To move feeds in FD2, just drag and drop within the folder tree.

There is no way to apply a Watch to a specific set of feeds, but there is a feature request for this. (53293)
