| I am a new user of Feedstation. I don't know how to retrieve or download the podcasts that I have selected on the internet site www.newsgator.com. I have tried to lunch the function "Check My Podcasts Now" from the menu Options but I can only read in the lower bar "no new items in my podcasts". Could someone highlight the procedure to get Feedstation to retrieve all or some of the podcasts that have been suscribed to. These podcasts are listed on the panel "My Feeds" from the Newsgator manager. Thank you,

| Unfortunately, with NewsGator Online, you can't just subscribe to a Podcast feed, there is an extra step. You need to click the green "Add to my podcasts" button for each podcast (ie each post) that you want downloaded. FeedStation will then pick it up. We have feature requests in the system to allow podcasts to be automatically clipped to My Podcasts, but it is not in place yet.
