| Well thank you for the feedback. We set this problem aside as it affected only a single user. We assumed that this was no longer a problem for you. I am sorry to see that it is. I can re-open the ticket, but so far we have not been able to replicate the problem.

If it helps, I have a similar problem, with the following symptoms:
1) Empty feeds often read as having 1 unopened item
2) I completely read a given feed. Hours later, if I update knowing there're new postings, they are not shown. I can only see new postings if I Close and Re-open the program.
I'm using 2.2.6 (midp 2.0) (bb) connection: BIS-B on a Verizon 8703e

| Ah... I would love to use this software, but its current incarnation is unreliable. What do I need to do to help you troubleshoot this issue?
