I'm using the Pearl and it said I have the 'Java Version'... but it seems to work just fine with 2.1.9. Should I be worried? Reinstall anything?

I apologize for the delay in responding here.
We did have a problem where the Pearls were not recognized as BB devices and were given the Java client. I think we have resolved this problem though. We also have a new update (version 2.2.1) which was recently released. If you do not have it already can you please go to: http://ngmw.mwap.at
You can check which version you have by clicking on Options | Advanced Options | Applications. Scroll down to NewsGator Go! and you will see the version number there. If you do not see it there you can click on the application name and view the full properties list.
